We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator. This role will support the growth of our organization by contributing to proposals, capture planning, and project-based analysis. You will collaborate with our cross-functional team to research market trends, support proposal development, and analyze data that informs client strategies and program outcomes.

The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be a new member of our Marketing and Communications Services Team, reporting to our Marketing and Communications Manager. This position offers exposure to all aspects of our fast-paced, high-performing consulting firm; pivoting quickly, managing multiple priorities, providing high-touch, responsive and accurate solutions, and collaborating effectively with highly skilled and specialized colleagues.
The remaining 10% time is assumed to be allocated to holidays, personal time off, sick time, and other overhead activities.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, regular position. We are open to a part-time position for the right candidate.
Based on position requirements and candidate experience, the base salary range for the Grade 3 Marketing and Business Development Coordinator is $65,000 - $75,000. The salary range shown is for full-time employment. The base salary is commensurate with relevant skills and experience. Benefits include:
This position is concentrated along the Colorado Front Range and Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. We will give preference to candidates based in Fort Collins, CO; Denver Metro, CO; or Twin Cities Metro, MN. We operate as a hybrid organization offering flexible schedules and a mix of in-office and remote work, with regular in-person collaboration as a core part of how we work together.
Brendle Group full-time staff are expected to be available during the company’s core hours (9 am to
3 pm); flexible schedules and arrangements outside of these core hours are available. Our team is committed to sustainable workloads and will work diligently to ensure work weeks do not become excessive or require prolonged periods that significantly exceed 40 hours per week for full-time employees.
