RESPEC is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our engineering team in our Denver, Colorado office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of projects from infrastructure, such as drainage structures, storage tanks, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment facilities; to hospitals, schools, and high-profile commercial buildings across the nation. The structural engineers at RESPEC collaborate across multiple offices. Our highly talented team works on a wide range of projects for a variety of clients.
The Structural Engineer will be a part of our growing Structural team. The engineer’s structural analysis and design experience will support new construction, structural investigations and rehabilitations/renovations in collaboration with architects and civil, mechanical, electrical, and engineers. Interpreting building codes and standards, preparing structural plans and details, and conducting related construction observations for RESPEC’s structural projects—while applying technical knowledge to meet stakeholder expectations—are key aspects of this position.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
